At guests' disposal: L-shaped private pool (60 m2; depth: 1.50 meters; heated upon request at a cost of €70 per day, payable on-site in cash; the water temperature can reach approximately 24–27 degrees Celsius); sea view; barbecue, veranda with a wooden pergola and shade sails featuring a relaxation area; patio equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining; 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; air conditioning, garden, sun terrace, children's play area; ping-pong table, bocce court; Wi-Fi internet connection, parking.
